It is our mission to empower Early Childhood Education Leaders with gold standard compliance solutions and expert guidance for operational excellence

At The Compliance Alliance, we understand that compliance in early childhood education (ECE) can feel overwhelming, often seen as a burden by many childcare owners and operators. Our Founder and President, Lynn Wenger, launched The Compliance Alliance with a clear mission: to change the narrative around compliance. We empower childcare leaders to not only meet regulations but to leverage them as tools for growth.

We believe compliance is not just about checking boxes but a strategic opportunity to strengthen operations, build safer environments, and ensure long-term success in the ECE industry.

Jessica Hobbs
Compliance Operations Strategist

My career in child care and education has been a journey of continuous growth and learning. I’ve progressed from teacher to director in educational settings, gaining hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of child care facilities. This practical knowledge was further enhanced when I became a child care owner myself, experiencing firsthand the challenges and rewards of running a compliant and successful facility.

My path then led me to serve on state licensing staff, where I gained invaluable insights into the regulatory side of child care. This experience proved crucial in my next role, where I spearheaded the development of a compliance department for a major organization. Under my leadership, this department expanded from overseeing 30 schools to managing compliance for 150 schools, a testament to the effectiveness of the systems and processes I implemented.

What truly ignites my enthusiasm is leveraging my expertise to optimize and integrate compliance infrastructure comprehensively. Whether you operate a small organization with 10 schools or a large enterprise boasting 500 schools, I recognize the paramount importance of implementing seamless, efficient systems that drive proactive compliance.
